Madrasah Application Forms 2012-13

Madrasah application forms for the new year starting in September 2012 (after Ramadhan 1433) are now available. The forms can be obtained from the Madrasah Office between 5:00pm and 7:00pm Monday to Friday.

Application Forms shall only be given to parents of children who wish to apply to the Madrasah. Please return all completed forms to the Madrasah by the end of June 2012.

Due to overwhelming response, madrasah application forms will no longer be issued to any one.
