	*Winter Break* 26th December 2011 - 2nd January 2012	Winter break begins (6 day holiday) Last day of Madrasah is Friday 23rd December
	Mid Year Exams 8th – 9th February 2012	Mid year exams carried out to monitor pupils progress
	*End of Term Break* 13th – 17th February 2012	End of term one (5 day holiday) Pupils return to Madrasah on Monday 20th February 2012

Term 2	Madrasah Term Two Monday 20th February 2012	Madrasah re-opens after 1st term
	Parents Evening Wednesday 29th February 2012	Parents evening held for all pupils during the week
	*Spring Holiday* 6th - 13th April 2012	Spring Holiday (6 day holiday) Easter holiday week at school
	Written Examinations Monday 11th - Friday 15th June 2012	Written examination week at Madrasah

NOTES:

 

The Madrasah has scheduled THREE major holidays, the Winter Break, End of Term Break, and Spring Break. All of these have been planned to coincide with School holidays

 

Please book your holidays within these periods to minimise Madrasah absences

 

Unauthorised absences of 15 Madrasah days or more terminates admission and will result in the pupil being removed from the register. Parents must re-apply to the Madrasah for re-admission.

 

Please note that certain dates as stated on the Madrasah calendar are subject to change.

 

 

Absences have a great impact on your child’s education AND upon the other pupils in the class. Absent pupils are a burden on the class and the teacher. Please use the above dates to plan your holidays.
