Car Parking Disruptions

As from Monday 10th February 2014 to Monday 17th February 2014 British Gas will be commencing work to lay the new gas mains in to the Masjid and Madrasah building. This will mean, a disruption to vehicles using the car park with limited car parking spaces and entrance and exits space being narrower.

Please co-operate with us during these essential works. We will assess the situation on Monday 10th February 2014 and if necessary will close the car park for the duration of the works.

Parents Evening and Holidays

The Parents Evening at the Madrasah has been scheduled for Friday 14th February 2014. Throughout the evening between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM, parents will have the opportunity to meet the Ustaad's / Apa's and talk about the progress of their child and also discuss the results of the Mid Year Imtihaan. Parents will also be given progress report sheets detailing results of the exams.

All parents MUST attend with their children. There will be no Madrasah on that day, so please do not send your child to the Madrasah on their own. The Parents evening for all classes will be held in the Madrasah building, boys classes parents evening will be on the ground floor and the girls classes parents evening will be held on the first floor. Please note that the meetings with parents of the girls classes will be held with sisters only. Please DO NOT send males to discuss progress of girls with the Apa's.

It is extremely important for parents to take an interest in their child's Islamic Education, so please make sure you attend the Parents Evening with your child. Unfortunately it will not be possible to arrange meetings with Ustaad's and Apa's during Madrasah time on any other day.

The Madrasah will close for end of term holidays starting on Monday 17th February 2014 for 5 days, and end on Friday 21st February 2014. Madrasah will resume on Monday 24th February 2014 at 5pm.
