Madrasah Application Forms 2016 - 2017

Madrasah application forms for the new year starting in June 2016 (Ramadhan 1437) are now available. The forms can be obtained from the Madrasah Office between 5:00pm and 7:00pm Monday to Friday.

Application Forms shall only be given to parents of children who wish to apply to the Madrasah. Please return all completed forms to the Madrasah by FRIDAY 11th March 2016. Please note incomplete forms will be rejected and include proof of age with your application.
