Application Forms and Future Communication

Application Forms for non-siblings and Hifz Class will be available from Monday 17th May 2021. Please collect an application form from the Madrasah office between 5:00PM and 7:00PM Monday to Friday.

 

Application Forms shall only be given to parents of children who wish to apply to the Madrasah. Please return all completed forms to the Madrasah office by Friday 4th June 2021.

 

To adopt a more environmentally friendly approach, Madrasah letters and notices will now be sent out electronically only. Please ensure we have an up-to-date email address to receive future communications. All communications will be sent from the following email address madrasahadmin@madrasahzeenatulislam.co.uk so please check your Junk folder if you have not received any emails. If any personal details have changed such as your email, please collect and complete a Change of Personal Details form.
