Madrasah Academic Year 2022 – 2023 will commence on TUESDAY 30th August 2022, for all students, except for those students who are starting in class 1. All classes will start at 5PM. Those students in classes 1B/G to 9B/G will finish at 7PM Monday to Friday. Students in Hidfh Classes, Aalim class, and Muallimah classes will finish at 7:30PM Monday to Friday.

Saturday classes will commence on Saturday 3rd September 2022, all students attending Hidfh class, Aalim class and Muallimah class must attend Saturday classes, these classes are compulsory. Saturday classes will start at 8AM prompt, all students must be in class for 8AM. Saturday classes finish at 10AM.

Students starting in class 1B or class 1G will have an induction day on Wednesday 31st August 2022 at 5:30PM. Please note parents will not be allowed into the Madrasah building until 5:30PM due to safeguarding, so please do not arrive early for the induction.

The Madrasah is not responsible for children outside of lesson times. Please ensure that your child is supervised before their class starts and collected on time. We have found that students are dropped off outside the madrasah as early as 4:15PM. The madrasah doors will not open until 4:45PM, when someone will be present to supervise your child. Please ensure that you do not drop your child off prior to this time and please collect your child/children on time.

Punctuality has been a major issue over the years and continues to be an issue. We have found that students are dropped off after 5PM, and in some cases even later than this. Remember madrasah classes commence at 5PM when students begin their lesson. Students who are late cause disruption to class and miss out on a portion of their lesson. Please ensure your child is in madrasah for 5PM, unless you have prior permission from the principal.

Parents are requested to please ensure they do not stop their car near the main entrance. If you are requested to move your car by the Madrasah management, or car park attendant, please do not be offended.
